These baseline terms describe responsible use of Papa ʻOihana while final launch terms are reviewed. By creating an account or submitting information, you agree to use the platform consistently with these rules.
Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate information, protect your account credentials, and use only accounts and organization roles you are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Listings and applications
Employers and community boards are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and availability of their listings and hiring decisions. Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of submitted materials. Papa ʻOihana provides the platform and does not guarantee employment, applicants, interviews, or hiring outcomes.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse another person’s information, submit unlawful or deceptive content, probe or disrupt the service, evade access controls or rate limits, scrape private information, or use the platform to discriminate, harass, or cause harm.
Moderation and account action
Authorized board and platform administrators may review, request changes to, reject, unpublish, or remove content. Access may be limited or revoked when necessary to protect people, communities, or the service.
